Order and ship

The delivery time varies per item. In most cases the delivery time is 1 - 3 working days. You will find an (indicative) delivery time for each item in the product description.

Sometimes you want to prevent Rooftopshop from delivering your order in two deliveries to ensure that you never have to wait too long for the items. Delivery can be made via multiple carriers. We deliver with PostNL, Transmission, our own transport or other carriers.

Rooftopshop delivers all items in the Netherlands and Belgium. The shipping costs are as follows:

The Netherlands
Normal transport: The shipping costs are 9.95. Shipping is free from €195.
Large transport*: The shipping costs are €19.95. Shipping is free from €195.

Belgium
Normal transport: The shipping costs are 9.95. Shipping is free from €195.
Large transport*: The shipping costs are €19.95. Shipping is free from €195.

* Large transport includes items from the following collections: roof trims, bead trims, cover moldings and compression profiles.

Delivery can be made via multiple carriers. We deliver with PostNL, Transmission, our own transport or other carriers. We always choose the best solution for the customer so that you benefit from the shortest delivery time.

The most convenient time is when you are at home for delivery. Most carriers will deliver the order to your neighbors if you are not at home or deliver it at a later time.

For Large Transport (including roof trimming, insulation and the like) you can indicate whether or not you give permission to put down. You can inform us of this by e-mail. If you give permission to place such items, we will place them near your home on the day of delivery.

Rooftopshop uses various payment options, including: iDeal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Visa and Bancontact.

Private customers are also welcome at Rooftopshop. All our prices in the online store include VAT.

Order process

Yes, we have tailor-made rates for business relations. Here you will find a link to our business page , where you can find more information about business ordering. Here are the most important terms for business orders:

  1. VAT number: you must have a valid VAT number to take advantage of the business discount.
  2. Chamber of Commerce number: A relevant Chamber of Commerce registration is also required.

You will receive an order confirmation for each order by e-mail. Once you have received this, you can assume that your order has been received in good order.

Don't see an order confirmation in your email? Then wait another 10 minutes or check your spam box. If you have not received an order confirmation after half an hour, please contact us.

Despite great care, this can unfortunately occur. We request that you inform us of this as soon as possible. In this case, send an email (preferably with photos) to info@rooftopshop.nl.

Yes, this is possible within the ordering process. During the ordering process you will be asked for a 'delivery address'. This is the address where Rooftopshop will deliver your order.

All prices are listed with our products. We offer everyone the most competitive price. Of course, in certain circumstances there are more options.
